A Bit About Us

Pat Seitz has been actively involved in the building and development industry for over 35 years; and has been a HBAL member since 1984.  Her participation in the HBAL Association has included serving on the Sales and Marketing Council, TQM Task Force, Registered Builder Committee, Homearama Site Selection Committee and the Advertising and Public Relations Committee.

In addition to serving as a past officer for HBAL, her other association leadership roles have included chairing the Home, Garden & Remodeling Show, Homearama and the Strategic Planning Committees. 

Pat was the first woman President of Louisville Home Builders in 2002.  She is a Louisville native and graduated from Atherton High School in 1972.  She has held her Real Estate Broker and Contractor licenses since 1977.  Pat is a graduate of Dale Carnegie and Leadership of Louisville.

Pat continues to serve as a National Director for the National Association of Home Builders.  Past leadership roles in the community include serving on the initial Board of Directors for First Bank; and as the first woman on the Board of Directors for Audubon Country Club.

She is currently focusing her building and development talents in Brentwood, Rock Springs, The Woods at Landherr, and the Reserve of Fox Run.

During her leisure time, she enjoys traveling and golf.
